Search for rooms based on:

Ability to:

• Monitor level of activity
• Link bookings to consultants
• Make provisional bookings
• Track live and cancelled clinics

Check Availability

Finding available space within BookWise could not be simpler.

Ability to select a:

• Site
• Department
• Zone - collection of rooms that can be used together
• Room

Search for :

• Single or multiple dates
• Times
• Multiple rooms within a zone
• Room types, e.g. examination, consultation
• Equipment including both static and mobile items

BookWise will return a list of options that meet the criteria. Select the best option to request/make a booking.

Booking Scheduling

The Booking Form allows you to record the basic details of the booking as well as:

• Clinic type
• Clinic name
• Clinic codes
• Equipment requirements

BookWise will check to make sure that all selected resources are available for the duration of the booking.

Reports

A set of management reports are available which cover all aspects of the system. Reports include:

• Room usage
• Level of activity by clinic code
• Booking status
• Consultant

All of our reports can be exported in to Microsoft Excel to allow any further manipulation or formatting as required.

System Administration

Our User Management area allows the system administrator to assign levels of access within BookWise.

Define your rooms by speciality, type and fixed equipment.

Automated emails can be sent as confirmation for both new and cancelled clinics.

The data that can be updated by Administrators includes:

• Sites
• Zones
• Room Details
• Equipment
• Consultants

Intranet

Access to the data held within BookWise is supplied via your existing hospital intranet!

Ability to view activity and booking information reduces the number of telephone booking requests.

Once suitable rooms are found then a request can be made to the appropriate booking manager.
